Gulf Contracting & Landscaping Unveils Major Plant Nursery in Al Rahba
Gulf Contracting & Landscaping has unveiled one of the UAE’s largest plant nurseries in Al Rahba. This expanded site aims to support local climates by covering 1.25 million square feet, with an additional 1 million square feet dedicated to responsible production and propagation of plant life. The nursery will provide various plants, enhancing local biodiversity and supporting landscaping projects throughout the UAE.
EAD Issues Over 8,500 Certificates via e-Green Platform

DEWA’s Warsan Complex Achieves Historic Platinum LEED Certification
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has set a new benchmark in sustainable living with its accommodation complex in Warsan, which has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Rating in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). This accolade makes it the first multifamily project globally to achieve this highest level of certification. The Platinum LEED certification is a testament to the complex’s outstanding performance in various sustainability metrics, including energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable site development.
